GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation Expert

Type: Contract (3 months full time, with potential for extension)

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced GoHighLevel Implementation Expert to oversee the comprehensive setup and optimization of our GHL platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in configuring GHL systems, managing data imports, and establishing automated workflows to streamline business processes. The candidate will have experience in scoping the business requirements, preparing a project plan swiftly (including key deliverables and timelines) and strong understanding of the intricacies of GHL.

Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Setup: Configure and customize the GoHighLevel platform to align with our business objectives.
• Data Management: Import and organize existing contact databases into GHL, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Automation Development: Design and implement automated workflows, including email campaigns, SMS notifications, and task assignments, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integration: Connect GHL with other tools and platforms to create a cohesive and efficient system.
• Training: Provide training sessions and resources to team members to ensure effective utilization of the GHL platform.
• Project Management: Lead the implementation project, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and conducting bi-weekly check-ins with the Managing Director to report progress and address any challenges.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing GoHighLevel systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM setup, marketing automation, and data integration.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

Project Timeline: This is a 3-month full time contract position, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance. Note that it is expected that this contract is the sole focus of the successful candidate and that it is completed to the highest of standards.

Company Resources: We provide access to necessary tools, platforms, and support to ensure the successful implementation of the GoHighLevel system.
