Role Overview: As the KPI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization. You’ll work closely with team leads to establish, track, and report on metrics that align with our strategic goals. Your expertise in Plecto, Podio, and Monday will be essential for creating streamlined, real-time dashboards and actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize KPI tracking systems using Plecto, Podio, and Monday
Collaborate with department heads to define KPIs that align with business goals
Create dashboards and performance reports that provide clear insights and highlight key metrics
Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
Provide training and support to team members on best practices for KPI tracking
Regularly present findings to leadership and recommend strategies to enhance performance
Maintain and troubleshoot KPI dashboards and reporting tools
Requirements:

Proven experience with KPI management and tracking in a business environment
Proficiency in Plecto, Podio, and Monday is essential
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a digestible format
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
