Key Responsibilities

Launch Control Management:

-Create, manage, and optimize SMS campaigns using Launch Control.
-Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., delivery rates, response rates) to recommend adjustments.
-Ensure adherence to TCPA guidelines for SMS marketing.

Lead Management:

-Organize and categorize incoming leads from Launch Control.
-Follow up with leads via SMS, email, or phone, as directed.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM or database.

Adaptable Execution in Ambiguous Environments:

-Take initiative and make informed decisions in situations with limited information
-Quickly adapt to shifting priorities and handle dynamic workloads effectively
-We will provide you with the resources to succeed but we will not provide extensive hands on training, perfection is NOT the expectation, but creativity and self-direction!

Administrative Support:

-Maintain organized records of campaigns, leads, and performance metrics
-Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
-Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

-Experience with Launch Control or similar SMS marketing platforms is preferred
-Comfort learning and adapting to new technologies/software
-Strong written communication skills, especially for crafting engaging SMS messages.
-Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
-Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and CRM systems.
-Knowledge of real estate, land flipping, or marketing is a plus.
-Familiarity with TCPA compliance and SMS marketing best practices
