What You’ll Do:
Administrative Tasks:
Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring no conflicts.
Handle
Prepare and organize key documents, including contracts and proposals.
Perform data entry and database management to keep information up-to-date.
Conduct property and neighborhood research as needed.
Oversee social media account management and engagement.
Create and format presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
Marketing Support:
Assist with content creation and marketing initiatives.
