We have two urgent website renovation projects that need immediate attention, so early availability will be highly regarded! One is a site from Squarespace that we will migrate and renovate in WordPress (Divi), the other one is a Divi site that requires some tweaks. My main requirement is to get assistance with these two website projects and then if successful process to an ongoing support (see all items below).

Role Overview (this contains the ongoing work that we are looking for):

What You’ll Do:

-WordPress Development: Create, manage, update, and debug WordPress sites using Divi and Elementor.
-Site Migration & Maintenance: Migrate WordPress sites to WPX hosting, perform weekly maintenance via ManageWP (plugin/theme updates), and troubleshoot technical issues.
-DNS Management: Point domains to Cloudflare, set up SSL certificates, and configure staging sites.
-Third-Party Integrations: Configure Google Analytics, Search Console, GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Zapier, and other API connections.
-Website Design: Quickly design mockups using client logos and brand guidelines.
-SEO Optimization: Ensure all technical SEO elements are in place (page speed improvements, redirects, fixing 404s).
-Landing Page Development: Build and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, publish content, and manage blog updates.
-SOP Compliance: Follow internal processes and identify ways to enhance efficiency.
-Communication: Use Asana for task management and Slack for urgent requests.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

-WordPress Expertise: 3-5 years of experience with WordPress development and Divi theme.
-Web Design: Proven design experience with a strong portfolio of responsive and engaging websites.
-SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical SEO with proven success incorporating these strategies into new and existing websites.
-DNS & Hosting: Experience with DNS management, SSL setup, and domain/hosting configurations.
-Problem-Solving: Proactive with a knack for identifying and solving problems efficiently.
-Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication and ability to work remotely with a team.
-Marketing Insight: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (3 years preferred).

Tools We Use:
WordPress (Divi 99% of our sites & Elementor)
WPX Hosting & Cloudflare
ManageWP, GoHighLevel, Zapier
Google Analytics, Search Console
All in One SEO / Yoast SEO
Asana & Slack for project communication

Schedule:
Flexible hours between 8 AM - 5 PM Melbourne, Australia time.
Initially project-based, with potential to transition into part-time or full-time as we grow.
