# Virtual Assistant / SEO Specialist Position
## About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/SEO Specialist who is eager to learn and grow with our company. While specific SEO and marketing experience is valuable, we prioritize candidates who demonstrate a strong ability to learn, adapt, and leverage AI tools to master new skills. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

## Key Responsibilities
### Content & SEO Management
* Create and manage case studies
* Research and submit to business directories
* Monitor and respond to HARO opportunities
* Manage directory listings and optimization (Moz Local, etc.)

### Social Media & Outreach
* Create and manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
* Generate LinkedIn content
* Help manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns


### Video & Visual Content
* Basic video editing and uploading to YouTube using canva
* Create visual assets using Canva

### Directory & Listing Management
* Submit and optimize listings in:
- Local organizations (BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Built in Colorado)
- Industry-specific directories (Clutch, G2, Capterra)
- Local business directories
* Track and optimize directory presence
* Research competitor directory presence and replicate successful listings

### Administrative
* Attend twice-weekly meetings
* Work at least 50% of hours during MST business hours preferably (3:00-6:00 PM MST)
* Manage and organize content assets
* Track and report on all activities
* Submit proposals

## Required Skills & Attributes
### Technical Skills (Can be learned on the job)
* Comfort with AI tools and willingness to use them for learning
* Basic understanding of SEO principles
* Familiarity with content management
* Basic video/image editing (Canva)
* Social media management
* Written communication skills

## Work Schedule
* Minimum 50% of work hours during MST (Mountain Standard Time)
* Required availability for voice meetings: Twice weekly
* Part-time availability to start
