About Us:
We’re a dynamic social media marketing agency helping local businesses grow through paid ads, social media management, and impactful content creation. We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager to manage multiple client campaigns and help take their brands to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Manage Paid Ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) to meet client goals.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide data-driven insights on campaign performance and social media metrics.
Social Media Management: Oversee client social accounts, schedule posts, and engage with audiences.
Copywriting: Write compelling copy for ads, social posts, and email campaigns to drive engagement.
Client Communication: Keep clients updated, attend meetings, and offer strategic advice.
Independent Problem-Solving: Tackle issues on your own and drive solutions.
Organized & Efficient: Manage multiple projects with precision and meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with paid ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and social media tools.
Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
Excellent copywriting skills that capture brand voice.
Professional communication and client management experience.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or social media management.
A proven track record of managing successful paid ad campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and scheduling platforms.
