Role Overview:
As the Copywriter/Blog Writer, you will create content for our DFY clients designed to build credibility, improve search rankings, and engage audiences by utilizing our in-house strategies. You’ll work closely with our DFY team to ensure all content aligns with client goals and supports our mission of helping real estate investors succeed.

Job Responsibilities:
> Write Engaging Content: Create high-quality website content, city pages and blog posts, website pages tailored for DFY client projects.

> Utilize ChatGPT Effectively: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to generate appropriate prompts.

> Optimize for SEO: Incorporate relevant keywords and best practices to ensure all content improves search rankings and drives traffic for DFY clients.

> Research Thoroughly: Stay informed about industry trends and client-specific needs to produce accurate and impactful content.

> Collaborate with the DFY Team: Work closely with our team to develop content strategies and maintain consistency across all deliverables.

> Edit & Proofread: Review and polish all content to ensure it aligns with client goals, brand tone, and our commitment to high standards.

Required Qualifications:
> Experience: 2+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in real estate.
> SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and content strategies that support organic growth.
> Writing Skills: Exceptional grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.
> Research Skills: Ability to quickly understand client-specific topics and write accurately and persuasively.
> Tech Savvy: Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML is a plus.
> Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client projects, meet deadlines consistently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
> Team Player: Collaborative yet self-driven, with the ability to work closely with the DFY team while managing independent tasks.
