Role Overview:
As the Technical SEO Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our websites achieve top performance using white-hat SEO practices, clean backlinking techniques, and organic growth strategies. You will conduct in-depth technical audits, optimize site performance, and collaborate with our internal team to implement ethical SEO strategies that align with our commitment to quality and integrity.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Technical SEO Audits: Identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize Website Architecture: Improve website structure to enhance search engine crawling and user experience.
- Core Web Vitals & Page Speed Optimization: Enhance site performance by optimizing Core Web Vitals and implementing schema markup for rich snippets.
- On-Page SEO Strategies: Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and on-page content to improve rankings.
- Clean Backlink Strategies: Develop and execute ethical backlink strategies focused on acquiring high-quality, authoritative links that comply with white-hat practices.
- Competitor Analysis: Research competitors to identify growth opportunities and refine SEO strategies.
- SEO Monitoring & Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and backlinks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content teams to ensure consistent application of SEO best practices and alignment with white-hat principles.

Required Qualifications:
> Proven experience in technical SEO, site speed optimization, and improving website architecture.
> Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques with a commitment to white-hat practices.
> Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
> Expertise in Google algorithms (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Core Web Vitals) and key ranking factors.
> Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal, with the ability to make technical changes.
> Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, local and international SEO strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Preferred Skills:
1. Advanced knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation.
2. Experience with clean backlinking techniques and ethical link-building strategies.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay updated on the latest white-hat SEO trends.
