About Us: Grumpy Hare is more than just a hosting platform; we’re dedicated to empowering real estate investors and agents by providing reliable, high-quality websites and hosting services. Our goal is to support clients in building a strong online presence to attract leads and close deals.

Your Role: As our Client Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that each client has a seamless experience—from onboarding to ongoing support—ensuring they receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand and maximize the features of our hosting and website services.
Lead and manage a customer support team responsible for answering client tickets, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries, providing exceptional support and addressing any complex issues.
Develop and implement client onboarding plans, ensuring each client feels supported and confident using our services.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues, fostering positive and long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support and website design, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs effectively.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients (Client Retention Strategies), gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience or offer additional services.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in client success or project management, ideally in a SaaS, hosting, or web services environment.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a customer support team and ensuring top-notch service.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a knack for relationship-building.
Familiarity with website hosting platforms, client onboarding processes, and customer support best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools is a plus.
