We are now offering a turnkey, done-for-you SEO and website service, and this is where you’ll play a vital role. You will play a vital role in implementing backlink strategies that elevate our clients' websites to the top of search engine rankings.
Role Overview:
As our SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our digital presence across all touchpoints. You’ll apply your skills in on-page and off-page SEO, as well as leverage GTM, GA4 and GSC to monitor and enhance SEO performance. Additionally, you will build out LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) strategies and Topical Authority Maps to improve content relevance and help drive organic traffic that generates quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO:
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify high-value opportunities, including LSI keywords, to enhance content relevancy.
Optimize web pages for both search engines and user experience—improving title tags, meta descriptions, URL structures, internal linking, and image alt text.
Develop Topical Authority Maps to ensure content aligns with key themes and strengthens our website’s expertise and authority in target areas.
Continuously audit and improve on-site performance, focusing on page speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall user experience.
Off-Page SEO:
Design and execute effective link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
Keep track of competitors' backlink profiles and use insights to enhance our own strategies.
Demand & Lead Generation:
Align SEO strategies with demand generation efforts to drive high-intent, targeted traffic that converts into leads.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for higher lead capture and better user engagement.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, GSC, and other SEO tools, then use data insights to make actionable recommendations for improvements.
Technical SEO:
Implement and manage SEO tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of on-site activities.
Leverage Google Search Console (GSC) for monitoring site performance, fixing crawl errors, analyzing search queries, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot technical SEO issues, including site indexing, crawlability, and server-side performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on both on-page and off-page techniques.
Hands-on experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM) to implement and track SEO tags and campaigns.
Proficient in Google Search Console (GSC), including performance analysis, keyword tracking, and resolving technical issues.
Expertise in keyword research, including knowledge of LSI and creating Topical Authority Maps to improve content relevancy and rankings.
Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including Google algorithm updates, and how they impact rankings.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
