About the Role
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand focused on delivering innovative health and wellness supplements to enhance our customers' lives.

We are seeking a talented Creative Strategist and Copywriter to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you will be an equal part creative strategist and compelling copywriter, leading the creation of engaging and conversion-focused content from ideation to execution.

Our marketing philosophy revolves around creating content that not only engages but also converts. You'll confidently lead our production team, developing performance-focused ads and campaigns that drive sales and achieve customer acquisition KPIs like CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).

Responsibilities
• Craft marketing content that engages and converts, helping us achieve customer acquisition targets.
• Lead the production team from ideation to execution, injecting strategic expertise and guiding our creative vision.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and keep up with social media ad trends.
• Identify key target personas and develop direct response copy that addresses their pain points, creating compelling hooks and calls-to-action.
• Collaborate with in-house creative and production teams to execute user-generated content (UGC) strategies that align with brand identity.
• Lead the ad creation process, working closely with graphic design and video editing teams to ensure adherence to performance marketing best practices.
• Work with the marketing and design teams to create high-converting landing pages, static ads, video ads, and other marketing materials.

What We're Looking For
• Several years of experience developing and executing creative strategies, with a passion for social media.
• Proven track record as a creative strategist, delivering successful content aimed at customer acquisition KPIs like CTR and CPA.
• Significant experience with scriptwriting for UGC, Meta ads, and TikTok ads.
• Familiarity with data-driven analysis and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of competitor research using tools like Motion and Foreplay is a bonus.
• Experience in social media analysis, including A/B testing and implementing a test-and-learn approach to creative design.
• Exceptional copywriting, communication, and attention to detail skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Deep understanding of marketing psychology, emotional triggers, conversion copywriting, proofreading, and storytelling.
• Excellent communicator; over-communication is one of our core values.

• Highly detail-oriented; naturally triple-checks everything.
