This is a part-time position. This position will serve as after-hours Property Manager and Executive Assistant to a U.S. entrepreneur and existing full-time Philippines Property Manager EA. This position will further ensure further work progress on the weekends and after-hours as needed in management of a small real estate portfolio with very occasional personal tasks as needed. The position’s hours are as needed between the hours of 6 PM-9 AM CST on weekdays and throughout the weekends as needed. Estimated hours are between 3-10 hrs/week. With demonstrated success, hours may grow to assist the team further and take on more responsibility.
Initial tasks will include:
Managing and responding to STR guests, managing contractors bids and work, responding to tenant and property emergencies as they arise, and supplementing the full-time Property Manager EA’s work as needed. Additional tasks may include assisting with filling tenant vacancies, record keeping; bookkeeping, setting up occasional systems & processes, and other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in property management or similar project management that is a fast learner. They must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a short amount of time as needed. They must also be able to respond quickly and prioritize this position over other obligations when they arise. A strong sense of time management and organizational skills are a must for success. The ideal candidate will be willing to grow with the position and take on more responsibility in all fields. This position may be perfect for someone seeking to supplement current income after hours and is interested in the potential for growth in the future. In all projects and tasks, the candidate will have a good understanding of company goals and continually work towards obtaining them.

This position will require excellent English speaking and writing. Must be proficient at Excel, Microsoft Office, and pdf editing. Must have reliable phone and internet. Pay is between $4-$6/hour depending on the candidate, experience, and value-add. Bonuses may also be available based on performance.
This is an independent contract position. You will be responsible for filing your taxes. This position requires a multi-step hiring process conducted over the course of several weeks.
