Job Responsibilities:
Respond to and handle customer concerns across all platforms.
Manage feedback and reviews.
Keep files clean and organized.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
Ability to quickly understand and follow instructions.
Highly intelligent, self-motivated, and reliable.
Additional Requirements:
Willing to work night shifts (US daytime hours).
Willing to work during the weekend, with 4-5 hours on weekdays and potentially longer hours on the weekend.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Access to a suitable work environment with reliable electricity, high-speed internet, and a fast computer.
Rate: $3/hour
Work Schedule: Thursday to Monday
