Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Representative proactively engages with potential customers to introduce TurFresh’s services and convert leads into clients. This role involves lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales to support revenue targets. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, skilled in sales, and capable of managing customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects, introducing TurFresh services and identifying sales opportunities.
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable service options.
Maintain CRM data accuracy, updating lead interactions and follow-up schedules.
Manage a steady sales pipeline by prioritizing high-potential leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in outbound sales, ideally in a remote environment or customer-focused role.
Sales Ability: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
CRM Expertise: Experience using CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipelines.
Relationship Management: Skilled at developing and nurturing customer relationships over time.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Adaptability: Flexible to work within the sales schedule and attend training as needed.

60 Days:
Goal: Independently convert leads, meet initial sales targets, and manage a well-organized pipeline.
Measurement: Conversion rate, number of successful follow-ups, and pipeline organization.
Success Indicator: Consistently converts leads and demonstrates strong organizational skills in managing the sales pipeline.
90 Days:
Goal: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, and suggest one improvement for the outbound process.
Measurement: Monthly sales target, customer satisfaction scores, and contribution to process improvement.
Success Indicator: Exceeds sales targets, contributes positively to customer satisfaction, and provides insights to enhance outbound sales efficiency.
Post-Trial:
Goal: Sustain a high conversion rate, maintain efficient follow-up processes, and contribute to continuous sales growth.
Measurement: Quarterly conversion rate, efficiency in follow-ups, and revenue growth.
Success Indicator: Demonstrates consistent high performance, leads to revenue growth, and actively supports process improvements for long-term success.
