FULLY REMOTE WORK ARRANGEMENT

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Clio or Lawmatics Programmer to join our team and enhance the functionality of our legal software platforms. This role is ideal for a technically adept professional experienced in customizing, integrating, and optimizing legal CRM platforms like Clio and Lawmatics to streamline workflows and improve client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
• System Customization and Configuration:
o Customize Clio/Lawmatics applications to support our law firm’s unique workflow, client intake, and case management needs.
o Develop custom fields, workflows, and automation to enhance productivity and client engagement.
• Integration and API Development:
o Integrate Clio/Lawmatics with other systems (e.g., document management, accounting, and communication tools) to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
o Use APIs and webhooks to create custom integrations, ensuring data integrity and process automation.
• Data Management and Reporting:
o Design and implement data workflows, including client intake forms, document automation, and client communication processes.
o Create reports and dashboards for data analytics to improve client management and service delivery insights.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
o Provide ongoing technical support to ensure system stability and troubleshoot any software or integration issues.
o Monitor system performance and update configurations as necessary to align with business objectives.
• User Training and Documentation:
o Create user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide continuous support to team members to enhance software adoption and efficient use of Clio/Lawmatics features.
o Maintain clear documentation of all system configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Qualifications:
• Education & Experience:
o Proven experience with Clio, Lawmatics, or other legal CRM platforms.
o Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations across multiple platforms.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages relevant to CRM and legal tech integrations (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
o Strong understanding of database management and data workflows.
o Knowledge of CRM best practices and legal industry software standards.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
o Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience in a legal tech environment.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Power Automate.
• Experience developing scripts and custom applications within a legal practice setting.
