We’re looking for a Paid Ad Specialist who can bring a strategic, analytical, and highly creative edge to our paid ad campaigns. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about experimenting with creative assets, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through data-backed ad testing.

Position Overview:
As our Paid Ad Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of paid ad creative testing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This role involves designing, launching, and optimizing ad tests to identify high-performing creatives that drive engagement and sales. Your insights will be crucial in informing our creative direction and ad strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage creative testing strategies for paid ads.
Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, and copy variations to find top-performing combinations.
Analyze campaign data and testing results to determine the effectiveness of ad creatives, identifying key insights to drive strategy.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to inform and refine ad creatives based on testing insights.
Continuously optimize ad performance by applying insights from data-driven testing, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI.
Report on the effectiveness of ad tests, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future creative directions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Paid Ad Specialist with a strong portfolio of creative ad testing and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of paid ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable creative recommendations.
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and best practices in ad testing.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of paid media trends, ad formats, and creative testing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with e-commerce or fashion brands is a plus.
Familiarity with third-party tools for creative testing and optimization.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
