Our team is looking for a motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our team!
You Will be scheduling appointments for phone interviews for the Owner with potential clients and candidates.

This is a sales company. You will be organizing the leads and contacting the leads to schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential interest, needs, and fit for our products or services.
Script Adherence: Follow a prepared script and adapt your approach based on the conversation to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to prospects and leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our approach and improve messaging.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target audiences, campaign strategies, and feedback.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 5 years of Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
You must be very organized.
Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
Persistence: High level of motivation and persistence, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software. Experience with [specific tools, if applicable] is a plus.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.
