Our company is a home-buying business in one of the highest priced real estate markets in the United States: San Diego.

The median home price is over $1,000,000 for a basic single family home here! While this creates a higher barrier to entry, it also creates potential to make A LOT more income. Our average assignment fee is $30k+ and it's not uncommon to see assignments of $100k for the right situations.

We are looking for the TOP PERFORMERS who want to join a fast-paced sales team and a growing company filled with healthy competition and individuals that hold each other accountable.

This is a fully remote position. The Acquisitions Manager is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business. The roles involves the following:

-Showing up to appointments warm leads that have been pre-qualified for you to build rapport with and close.
-Answering inbound PPL calls from motivated homeowners who are looking to sell their homes quickly and without hassle.
-Accurate reporting inside our CRM.
-Identifying potential issues in our sales process and communicating these to the team leader.

The AM is responsible for meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and contributing to the overall goals and plans developed by the sales management team.

Qualifications
-A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Experience using CRM software
-Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
-2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role

Pay:
-We prefer commission only but are willing to pay a base salary + commission for the first 30-60 days.
-20% commission PER CLOSING ($50,000 fee = $10,000 in your pocket!)
