Position: Amazon PPC Specialist
Location: Remote (Must be willing to work 9-5 MST)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven Amazon PPC Specialist to join our brand management team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Amazon to maximize brand visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversions. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and must demonstrate a strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and Execute PPC Campaigns:
Develop, implement, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

Optimize Campaign Performance:
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ACoS, TACOS, CTR, CPC) and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.

Keyword Research and Strategy:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and develop strategies to improve ad targeting and visibility.

Budget Management:
Allocate and manage daily/weekly/monthly budgets to ensure optimal ad spend and profitability across campaigns.

Competitor Analysis:
Perform regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving campaign performance.

Collaboration with Brand Teams:
Work closely with Brand Managers, SEO and catalog Specialists, and management to ensure alignment between advertising strategies, product listings, and brand messaging.

Reporting and Insights:
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders, helping to inform overall brand strategy.

Amazon Program Utilization:
Leverage Amazon tools and programs such as Brand Analytics Reporting, Seller Central Reporting and New-to-Brand metrics to drive advertising success.

Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
Stay updated on Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns and a strong understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to optimize campaign performance.
Familiarity with third-party tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, or Sellerboard is a plus.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom, Slack, and bonus familiarity with Notion for task management.
