Role Overview:
The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack developer who is comfortable with both mobile (Flutter) and web-specific technologies. While management experience and a background in video apps are nice to have, the key focus is on strong development skills and the ability to create high-quality, user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain both mobile (Flutter) and web applications using web-specific languages.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and improvements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in both web and mobile development.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Flutter for mobile development.
Strong experience with web-specific languages (such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and frameworks (like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid understanding of backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have:
Experience working on video apps or multimedia-focused applications.
Familiarity with backend services, APIs, and cloud solutions.
