Role Overview:
As a Dev Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, leading sprints, and overseeing the backend development process. You’ll ensure our releases are stable, secure, and provide real value to our users. Your leadership will be crucial in keeping the team focused and aligned with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a development team, ensuring projects stay aligned with the product vision.
Run sprints, daily stand-ups, and other Agile practices to keep the team on track.
Oversee the backend development process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development plans.
Maintain the stability, performance, and security of the products shipped to our users.
Provide mentorship and guidance to developers, fostering technical growth within the team.

Requirements:
Strong backend development experience, with a focus on scalable systems.
Proficiency with Firebase for backend and cloud solutions.
Proven experience in a Team Lead role, managing and guiding development teams.
Ability to conduct sprints, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies effectively.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical depth with project goals.

Nice to Have:
Experience with AI technologies and integration.
Background in video app development or handling multimedia platforms.
