Responsibilities:

* Campaign Sorcerer: Craft, launch, and optimize ad campaigns that leave competitors wondering, "How did they do that?!"
* Copy & Creative Connoisseur: Write irresistible ad copy, collaborate on eye-catching visuals, and help turn our ads into a feast for the eyes and minds.
* Data Detective: Track, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics to make data-driven decisions (spreadsheets are your jam, and analytics make your heart race).
Audience Architect: Identify, segment, and target audiences with laser precision – you're basically a mind reader, but cooler.
* Budget Balancer: Strategically allocate ad spend to deliver maximum results without breaking the bank. (Because every dollar counts, and you know it.)

Requirements:

* Ad Platform Wizardry: Proficient in all the heavy hitters – Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. If it’s an ad platform, you’re fluent.
* Analytical Ninja: Numbers don’t scare you; they excite you. CTR, CPC, ROAS… you eat these for breakfast.
* Creativity Meets Strategy: You have the rare combo of being both wildly creative and obsessively detail-oriented.
