TSF Lighting LLC is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager to oversee lighting installation projects across the USA. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and completing projects within deadlines and budget. This role demands strong communication skills, team leadership, and advanced proficiency in tools like Google Docs and Excel (especially pivot tables).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, oversee, and manage lighting installation projects from start to finish.
Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress.
Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure all aspects stay on track.
Work closely with field technicians to make informed decisions and maintain excellent customer communication.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication in English and Spanish.
Respond promptly to customers during daytime hours and coordinate with the team during nighttime hours, as hours may vary.
Handle high-pressure situations with calm and effective decision-making. For example, if a site experiences unexpected issues like material shortages or urgent customer concerns, ensure rapid coordination with the team and suppliers to resolve the situation without project delays.

Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or lighting industries.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Google Docs and Excel, particularly with pivot tables.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading technicians on the field is required.
Knowledge of lighting systems, electrical work, or construction processes is a plus.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Additional Details:
Operation Hours: This position operates on Eastern Time. Work hours will vary based on project needs. During the day, ensure excellent communication with customers, and at night, maintain clear communication with the team. Flexibility is a must.
