As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic ad plans based on client goals, market research, and data insights.
Audience Targeting: Utilize Meta’s audience insights and custom audience tools to reach and engage the right target groups.
Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and ad copy that align with campaign objectives.
A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B tests to optimize ad performance and identify high-performing variations.
Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
Reporting: Provide clients and stakeholders with regular performance reports and insights into campaign progress and success.

Certifications:
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Audience Insights, and Google Analytics.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data-driven insights and collaborate with clients and tea
Creative Eye: Ability to work with creative teams and provide feedback on ad creatives to enhance engagement.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with campaign tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity in client communications.
