Schedule: Monday to Friday, 20 hours/week (8:00 PM - 12:00 AM, PHT)

Overview:
Remote Filo is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Analyst with a background in Industrial Engineering and over 3 years of experience in the IT/Tech industry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and capable of managing client communications effectively. Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and efficiency.
-Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key performance metrics for internal and client projects.
-Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
-Conduct cost-benefit analyses, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making for both internal teams and clients.
-Assist in the development and documentation of operational policies and procedures.
-Provide recommendations on process optimization, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making.
-Support project management efforts for new initiatives and business transformations for both internal operations and client-focused projects.
-Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing, to effectively interact with team members and clients.


Required Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.
-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT/Tech industry.
-Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
-Proven track record of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
-Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
