Social Media Manager - AI-Powered Growth Specialist

We're seeking a Social Media Manager who will leverage social media platforms and AI tools to grow our brand presence. No fluff: you'll create content, grow our audience, and measure results. You'll use AI tools to maximize efficiency while maintaining authentic engagement.


Core Objectives
1. Create and schedule content across platforms with measurable output targets
2. Grow audience size and engagement through data-driven strategies
3. Track and optimize performance using specific metrics

Expanded Objectives

Content Creation & Management

-Schedule 15-20 pieces of content weekly that we create (videos, blogs, posts)
-Produce 2-3 blog posts or longer-form content pieces from our content
-Maintain 2-3 week content calendar
-Edit at least 2 long-form pieces (10+ minutes) weekly per platform (Thumbnail, Intro, Outro, Remove stutters, ums and ahs)
-Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, Capcut, Frame) for:
*Content ideation and research
*Caption/copy variations
*Image generation and editing
*Response templates
*Analytics automation

Analytics & Optimization

-Daily metrics tracking and weekly reporting
-A/B test content types, posting times, and formats
-Achieve minimum 40% watch time on long-form content
-Monitor and report cost per engagement across platforms
-Track AI tool efficiency (time saved vs. manual processes)

Demonstrable Skills
-Show us your social media accounts and their growth
-Provide examples of content you've created and managed
-Share metrics from previous campaigns you've run
-Demonstrate your ability to use AI tools in real-time

Technical Knowledge
-Proven ability to use major social platforms
-Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
-Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals
-Familiarity with social media management tools
-Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Test Project
*Before interviews, candidates will submit one of the following:

-Create a sample content calendar for one week
-Generate 5 AI-assisted post variations for a given topic
-Analyze a sample social media account and provide strategic recommendations
