Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Assistant to support our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Department by managing essential administrative tasks that ensure effective monitoring and oversight of systems after project completion. This fully remote role requires a proactive approach to system management, data validation, and client support, contributing to the smooth operation of our projects post-installation.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor systems for alerts, notifying the internal team of any issues needing attention.
Review historical projects to confirm and document critical data, including warranty start dates, projected vs. actual production values, and supporting documentation.
Generate or verify production estimates for both historical and new projects using tools like Helioscope or PV-Watts.
Create and manage monitoring portals specific to manufacturers, ensuring accurate layouts and data input for systems (e.g., Solaredge, Yotta/Apsys).
Conduct bill analysis for completed projects upon client request.
Validate all relevant data in project tracking software to ensure quality before project completion.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in a Construction Project Assistant role or similar capacity.
Proficiency with project management software, including Dropbox, SCOOP, Google Suite (Drive, Calendar, Sheets), and familiarity with manufacturers’ monitoring portals.
Competency with Red Line drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) to ensure installation accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of teams, including clients, office and field management, and subcontractors.
