I’m looking for an organized, highly responsible, and motivated individual to help manage my small Airbnb business based in London. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing tasks remotely and coordinating with local workers. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have an excellent experience, properties are well-maintained, and everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication
Handle guest inquiries and provide timely, friendly support before, during, and after bookings.
Property Management
Oversee property operations, ensuring all guest needs are met during their stay.
Coordination with Cleaners
Communicate with cleaning staff via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to ensure properties are thoroughly prepared for new guests.
Quality Control
Request and review photos before and after cleaning to ensure the property meets our high standards, and report any missing items.
Amenities Management
Monitor and arrange the restocking of essential amenities, like toiletries and cleaning supplies, as needed.
Emergency Assistance
Act as the point of contact for guests in case of minor issues, emergencies, or other needs requiring local assistance.
Remote Operations Management
Use designated rental management platforms to handle tasks and communication efficiently.
Required Skills:
Experience in Freelance or Task Coordination
This is a critical skill for the role. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in locating, managing, and coordinating local workers and freelancers in the UK, such as cleaners, handymen, plumbers, and electricians. This involves efficiently using platforms like Airtasker, MyJobQuote, MyBuilder, Nextdoor, or similar networks to source and secure skilled professionals when needed. Basic English Proficiency
Able to manage written communications (AI assistance allowed for messages).
Familiarity with Airbnb or Similar Platforms
Basic understanding or willingness to learn Airbnb’s systems and operations.
I will provide support and feedback, so you’ll have guidance and assistance whenever needed.
Hours & Compensation:
Hours: Starting at 5 hours per week (may increase based on performance and business needs).
Hourly Rate: Starting at $6 per hour, paid weekly.
Bonus: Earn a $10 bonus for every 5-star review mentioning excellent service, offering an opportunity for extra earnings each month.
Job Type:
Part-time, with high potential for increased hours and pay.
This role is designed as a side hustle, yet requires a serious, committed approach and strong accountability.
