Client Overview:
*Kim is an amazing coach and she is looking for a unicorn who can help her with marketing and administrative tasks.
Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 20 hours/week, with the potential to be full-time after a few months.
*Must be able to work 9am-1pm Central Time (US)
*Must have experience as an administrative assistant or any similar role
*Must have experience with social media management and content creation
*Must have LinkedIn experience
*Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus!
*Must be an EXCELLENT writer and communicator
*Must have super high attention to detail
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Copywriting is a plus!
*Must be proactive, a problem solver, and able to provide suggestions and solutions to improve existing processes
Software tools used by the client:
*ClickUp
*Zoom
*Calendly
*Google Workspace - including all apps – Drive, Forms, Slides, Gmail, etc.
*LinkedIn (and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
*Hootsuite
Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Create social media posts (graphics and reels)
*Create content
*Connect and interact with leads and potential clients on LinkedIn and send follow-up messages
*Help build out SOPs
*Write contracts (you will be trained on this)
*Help Kim with speaking engagement applications
*Help Kim get organized
*Other general administrative tasks that have a process
