JOB OVERVIEW

We are an entrepreneurial team with a strong focus on real estate investment and business development. Currently, we own and manage three apartment buildings, along with other real estate properties, and we’re actively seeking expansion opportunities. Our latest venture, a Med Spa, will need dedicated marketing and social media support. Our work is fast-paced and constantly evolving, with business development and new opportunities at the core. With partners on each of these projects, supporting them through us is a key priority. If you thrive on new challenges, are marketing-savvy, and have excellent organizational skills, this role could be a great fit.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help manage essential administrative tasks, oversee marketing efforts, and keep our business operations running smoothly. You’ll support both our existing real estate ventures and the new Med Spa project, as well as manage social media, organize business documents, and assist in business development. Key responsibilities include:

1. Administrative Support: Assist with daily tasks, document management, and file organization.
2. Social Media Management: Oversee and create content for social media platforms to engage and grow audiences.
3. Marketing: Help run Google and Facebook ads, geofencing campaigns, SEO efforts, and develop marketing strategies for our ventures.
4. Business Development Support: When no pressing projects are due, assist with researching and exploring new opportunities.

Requirements:
- Strong English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of social media management, especially content creation and audience engagement.
- Basic marketing skills, including ad management and SEO.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to new tasks and challenges.

Desired Skills:
- Experience in file and documentation management.
- Ability to work well in a team, coordinating with partners and collaborators.
- Tech-savviness with marketing and administrative software.
