About Us:

We’re a growing company that provides cloud-based software designed to help landscaping business owners streamline operations and automate tasks, boosting efficiency and productivity. We’re looking for a motivated virtual assistant with proven experience in social media management and cold outreach to help us expand our reach and connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content tailored to our audience of landscaping business owners.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community on our social channels.
Track and report on key social media metrics to measure growth and engagement.

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation
Independently research and identify potential leads within the landscaping industry, particularly business owners and managers.

Craft personalized outreach messages to initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain a lead database, track follow-ups, and nurture relationships to convert leads into clients.
Content Research & Trends
Research industry trends and competitors to keep our social media content relevant and engaging.
Suggest creative ideas for new posts, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a social media manager and/or in a virtual assistant role
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience with cold outreach and lead generation, including lead research and list building

Excellent written communication skills, with an engaging and professional tone
Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing posts (Canva or similar)
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A passion for or experience in the landscaping or small business industry is a plus
