Job Description

We seek an experienced Virtual Assistant/Marketing Expert to assist with various tasks and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with fluent English speaking and comprehension skills. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:
Assist with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
Manage emails, calendars, and client communications.
Marketing Initiatives:
Develop and execute marketing strategies.
Created and managed content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Communication:
Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support.

Sales Support (Bonus):
Utilize sales experience to drive business growth.
Tools and Reporting:
Use Hubstaff for time tracking and project management.
Prepare regular reports on tasks and marketing performance.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of full-time work experience.
Skills:
Fluent in English (speaking and comprehension).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently.
Experienced in marketing and administrative tasks.
Sales experience is a bonus.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
Must be comfortable using time-tracking software (Hubstaff will be used to monitor working hours).
Other Requirements:
Must be contactable and reliable during working hours.
Must not be engaged in any other employment during our working hours.
Working Hours

Schedule: 45 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, 6 days per week)
Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM Manila Time (Philippine Standard Time)
Includes a 15-minute morning tea break and a 30-minute lunch break.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000* PHP per month based on experience
*(37,500 PHP while on 3-month probation)
