Creative Manager Rockstar for E-Commerce Dropshipping

We’re looking for a part-time Creative Manager to lead and support our talented team of designers and video editors for our e-commerce dropshipping company. If you're skilled at managing creative work, can jump in to edit graphics and videos yourself, and can keep projects on track, then you're the one we're looking for!

Role overview:
In this role, you’ll lead a small team of video editors and graphic designers, ensuring all visuals for our Facebook ads are high-quality and delivered on time. While managing, you'll also get hands-on with graphics and video edits when needed. This is a flexible job, but as the manager, you’ll need to be responsive to daily, time-sensitive requests from our team or company.

Responsibilities:
- Assign and manage tasks within the creative team, ensuring everyone has what they need to start each day
- Provide constructive feedback on design and video work to maintain quality and brand consistency
- Handle some graphic design and basic video editing yourself
- Keep all ad projects on schedule and aligned with daily deadlines
- Be available throughout the day to answer questions and provide support

What are we looking for?
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
- Proven experience managing a creative team with successful project outcomes
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads and knowledge of what makes them effective
- Background in e-commerce or dropshipping is a plus
- Ability to commit 2-3 hours daily from Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
- Someone that goes the extra mile and replies to questions throughout the day
