Role Overview:
As a Client Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our company. Your goal will be to foster strong relationships, understand client needs, and help them achieve their desired outcomes, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, check-ins, and meetings.
Onboarding Support:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products/services.
Needs Assessment:
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
Issue Resolution:
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, working proactively to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track client usage and success metrics, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and improve overall client experience.
Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions and create resources to empower clients in utilizing our products/services effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office.

Timezone:UK
Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week
6pm - 10pm UK time Monday to Friday (2am - 6am PH time Tuesday to Saturday)
Rate:
Junior - $440 AUD per month
Senior - $480 AUD per month
Superstar - $560 AUD per month
Note: The rate will be dependent on the candidate’s level of experience and communication skills
