We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Talent Acquisition & Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role is a hybrid of recruitment and administrative tasks, supporting C-level executives. It's perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection of top talent.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and handling internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including coordinating projects, preparing reports, and organizing team activities.
- Assist with employee onboarding and general HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on various business operations and offer support in managing employee relations and team development.
- Opportunity to grow into a leadership role, helping to manage and develop employees as the team expands.


### Qualifications:
- Experience in remote work – MUST
- Experience in recruitment and/or administrative roles – MUST
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well across different teams and with external candidates.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Comfortable with various administrative tools, Google Sheets, and Canva.
- A fast learner – important as we move quickly.
- Willingness to commit to a long-term relationship with us.
