Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Client Communications, Research, Social Media, & Admin Support
Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for a full-time role as we scale. This role involves a mix of client communications, basic customer service, research, scheduling, and social media management. If you have experience in ClickUp, Canva, Skool, and are comfortable working across various platforms, you could be a great fit for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communications & Customer Service:
Respond to client inquiries via
Handle basic customer service across multiple
Professionally manage client-facing interactions and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed.
Research & Scheduling Tasks:
Perform research tasks as assigned.
Follow schedules and tasks within ClickUp for smooth workflow management.
Social Media Management:
Schedule and post content on Instagram and manage interactions.
Sort and post podcast content on Apple Podcasts and Spotify as directed.
Design & Marketing Support:
Create and update marketing materials on Canva; experience with Canva is a plus.
Use Skool to support our course-related activities, managing content as needed (Skool experience preferred but not mandatory).
Requirements:
Experience with Platforms: Familiarity with ClickUp, Skool, Canva, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify is highly desirable.
Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to different responsibilities as we scale.
Professionalism: Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in client-facing roles.
Role Details:
Position Type: Part-time to start, with the possibility of expanding to a full-time role.
Work Hours: Flexible, depending on workload and business needs.
