Position Overview:
A real estate cold caller or prospector initiates contact with potential clients who have not expressed any interest in selling their properties. This position requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle objections and/or rejections. They work closely with Real Estate Agents in Australia to generate data, conduct outbound calls, engage homeowners in sales discussions, overcome objections, build trust, and maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM.
Qualifications and Skills:
-1 year sales experience/real estate background is a plus
-At least C2 Proficiency in the English language
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM software, and sales tools is a plus
-Availability to work on Australian Eastern Standard Time with screen/time monitoring software
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate and clean data
-Identify potential sellers through cold calling
-Validate potential sellers and uncover the TMP (timeline, motivation, price)
-Schedule callbacks and or appointments for market appraisals from the Real Estate Agents
-Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM
-Fill out lead and EOS forms
-Meet and exceed targets, securing a minimum of two leads per day and one appointment per day.
