As a Sales Manager at Alif Voyage, you will support in executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness for our clients. This role involves content creation, community management, performance tracking, and administrative tasks to ensure our social media campaigns run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Assist in developing, writing, and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g.,
Help create visual content, including graphics, videos, and photos.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Community Management:
Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online conversations.
Identify and connect with potential influencers and brand ambassadors.
Analytics and Reporting:
Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics.
Prepare reports on social media activities, growth, and engagement rates.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Administrative Support:
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
Coordinate with other departments to gather content and information.
Handle routine administrative tasks as needed.
Research and Trends:
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Research industry trends and competitor activities.
Suggest new initiatives to enhance social media presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
Proven experience in social media management or as a social media assistant.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
Skills:
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge in using AI tools for content generation, scheduling, and analytics.
Experience with advanced graphic design software and tools.
Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
Background in digital marketing or advertising.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for special projects and events.
