Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative based in the Philippines to support our outbound sales initiatives. This role requires a minimum of three years of outbound sales experience, with a strong focus on high-volume prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate will have a professional U.S.-based LinkedIn presence with an established network and access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience in sales within the recruiting industry is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Outbound Prospecting: Conduct at least 150 outbound calls and messages daily to generate leads and engage with potential clients.

Lead Enrichment: Ability to enrich lead information when contact is not initially made to increase the likelihood of connection and engagement.

Appointment Setting: Schedule and hold a minimum of 40 sales meetings per month for our Account Executives to support our sales pipeline.

CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date records in Zoho CRM, track outreach activity, and support the Account Executives in optimizing sales workflows.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in outbound sales development, including extensive experience with phone calls, email, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Recruiting Industry Experience: Previous sales experience in the recruiting industry is a big plus.

Professional LinkedIn Presence: Established U.S.-based LinkedIn profile with an existing network, showcasing professionalism and outbound sales experience.

Technology Proficiency: Familiar with Zoho CRM, JustCall (or similar dialers), email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, consultative approach to client interactions.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a remote setting.

Compensation & Growth Potential

Hourly Rate: $7–$12/hour based on experience and proven success, with additional potential for commissions and bonuses based on performance metrics.

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Account Executive team.
