Virtual Assistant for Product Sourcing

This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week (8 hours per day). To succeed in this position, it's important that you're able to consistently dedicate this time to meet the demands of the job and contribute effectively to the team.

PurePicks is a growing online arbitrage business on Amazon, and we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in online arbitrage, sourcing, and utilizing key tools like Keepa and Tactical Arbitrage, we'd love to hear from you. As a team member, you'll play a critical role in identifying profitable products and ensuring smooth operations.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $5 per approved lead.
Example: If you find 10 good products in a day that I approve, you will earn $50 (10 x $5 per approved lead).

Bonuses:

Bonuses will be paid monthly based on the total spend from products you find. The more you source, the higher your bonus:
$100,000 spend: $1,000 bonus
$90,000 spend: $850 bonus
$80,000 spend: $700 bonus
$70,000 spend: $550 bonus
$60,000 spend: $400 bonus
$55,000 spend: $320 bonus
$50,000 spend: $280 bonus
$45,000 spend: $240 bonus
$40,000 spend: $200 bonus
$35,000 spend: $160 bonus
$30,000 spend: $130 bonus
$25,000 spend: $110 bonus
$20,000 spend: $90 bonus
$15,000 spend: $70 bonus
$10,000 spend: $50 bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Virtual Assistant for Product Sourcing, you will be responsible for sourcing leads on a daily basis. Your daily targets will be:

Approved Leads: 8-10 approved leads per day using various sourcing methods.
During your first few days to a week on the job, it is understood that these targets may not be met as you familiarize yourself with our systems and processes. However, after this initial period, meeting these targets consistently will be expected.

Requirements and Expectations:

You must have prior experience in online arbitrage and product sourcing, especially for Amazon.
Experience is essential: It takes significant time to train someone from scratch, and we are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running.
You should be familiar with sourcing tools such as Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, and others.
The ability to source high-quality leads efficiently and effectively is a must.
