We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to oversee and manage our Salesforce system comprehensively. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Salesforce platform and act as the primary contact point for all internal and external stakeholders. This role demands a minimum of five years of technical development experience and at least two years in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of Salesforce applications, including customizing and developing using Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, and Flows, to ensure optimized system performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

System Management and Customization: Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring robust functionality and seamless integration with other systems.

Technical Support and Development: Provide ongoing support and develop enhancements within the Salesforce platform to improve user experience and system efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between users and technical teams, translating business needs into effective technology solutions within Salesforce.

Project Leadership: Lead projects from conception through to execution, ensuring all Salesforce-related projects align with business goals and are delivered on time.

Training and Support: Train end-users on new features and functionalities, providing support and developing documentation to facilitate user competence and system adoption.

Requirements:

Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator with extensive experience in system customization, user support, and project management within a Salesforce environment.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce applications, capable of managing complex configurations and custom developments.

Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to critically analyze and integrate complex information.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating with team members.

Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.

Desirable:

Advanced Certifications: Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or a relevant Consultant certification.

Project Management Experience: Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in using advanced Salesforce features and other complementary technologies such as Salesforce Lightning and Apex.

Experience with integration tools and platforms that work with Salesforce.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
