We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Virtual Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top healthcare talent in a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for someone with a passion for healthcare recruitment and a strong drive for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Use job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods to find qualified healthcare candidates (e.g., Registered Nurses, Physicians, Medical Assistants, Therapists, etc.).
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for healthcare facilities.
Job Matching: Match candidates to appropriate job openings based on their qualifications, skills, and preferences.
Maintain Candidate Database: Keep detailed records of all candidate interactions, interviews, and placements in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Job Posting & Marketing: Create and post compelling job descriptions, leveraging various recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Client Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the interview and placement process.
Meet Recruitment Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly recruitment goals, ensuring timely and efficient placements for clients.
Healthcare Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in recruiting for clinical roles, nursing, or medical professionals.
