We are seeking a tertiary qualified individual with relevant qualifications for a range of accounting-based tasks within our company, specifically in property management.
The role encompasses the following tasks:
1. Collecting deposits and bonds
2. Calculating rents
3. Entering invoices, among other duties
4. Entering rental payments into our property management system
5. Managing accounts payable and receivable
6. Paying creditors
7. Paying landlords
8. Payroll
9. Reconciling receipts
10. Reconciling trading accounts, etc., and more

It is beneficial to have previous exposure to a similar working environment and experience with standard tools like Xero, Slack, Office 365, Teams, Notion, Loom, Loop, etc., and self-awareness to hold yourself accountable for your performance.
Accuracy and the ability to follow processes to ensure the precision of deliverables are paramount in this role.
Since you will manage significant sums of money for rent payments, bonds, advertising, payroll, etc., being a clear thinker, paying attention to detail, and running checks before submitting orders is critical.
