This role is pivotal in driving our online marketing efforts by managing platforms such as WordPress, Kajabi, and email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, Infusionsoft). You’ll be responsible for implementing automations, solving tech issues, integrating tools, and executing marketing strategies to help our business thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote coaching services.
Build funnels and manage content for our website, social media, and email campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage webinars, online events, and promotions.
Track marketing performance metrics and report on improvements.
Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with our business objectives.
Maintain automations and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Tech VA or similar role (experience in the coaching industry is a plus).
Proficiency with Infusionsoft, Kajabi, and ActiveCampaign.
Strong marketing skills, including email campaign creation and list segmentation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Familiarity with the coaching/personal development industry is a plus.
Fluent in English, with the ability to work in EDT (New York) time zone.
