Job Title: Ecommerce Customer Service Virtual Assistant (Shopify Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ecom Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team! This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support for our online store, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has prior experience with Shopify and a strong background in e-commerce customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
- Manage and resolve customer issues, including order tracking, product questions, returns, and refunds
- Process orders and update customer information as needed in Shopify
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics to improve support quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce customer service, specifically with Shopify
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
