Video Editor

Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into dynamic, engaging YouTube Shorts videos.
- Add music, sound effects, text overlays, and visual enhancements to make the content stand out.
- Ensure videos are optimized for the YouTube Shorts format, maintaining a high-quality standard in both visuals and sound.
- Collaborate with the team to bring the script to life through editing, pacing, and visual hooks.
- Can make visually engaging thumbnails.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience editing short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, TikToks, etc.).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, or similar).
- Creative with a strong eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of YouTube Shorts trends, best practices, and audience preferences.
- Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines.
