Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong ability to interface directly with tenants and vendors via phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to enforce policies and procedures, and a commitment to ensuring properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
Tenant and Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact via phone for tenants and vendors. Address and resolve issues, coordinate repairs, and manage lease agreements with a firm but approachable demeanor.
Policy Implementation: Suggest, implement, and follow through on property management policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Generate and review regular property management reports, ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time.
Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain property standards.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in property management.
Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to be firm yet approachable.
Experience in generating and reviewing management reports.
Proficiency in managing vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.


Proficient in Asana, Excel, and leading property management software (e.g., Yardi, Appfolio) for effective integration.
Good operational skills with tenants and a proactive approach to managing tenant relationships.
Familiarity with property management software is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Gmail.
Required to track work hours accurately.
Regular communication via email and Asana; must be responsive to phone calls from tenants and vendors.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
