Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate)

Move to the Black Hills is dedicated to helping people find their ideal homes in the beautiful Black Hills region. We focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and are looking for a motivated, organized Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team remotely.

Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Associate will play a crucial role in generating new leads, setting appointments, and following up with potential clients. You’ll work closely with our team to build relationships with prospects and ensure they receive the highest level of service.

- Make outbound sales calls to warm leads, promoting our real estate services
- Set appointments for consultations with our agents
- Follow up on leads to nurture and guide them through the decision process
- Track and manage lead progress
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales scripts and processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Reliable internet connection and high-quality audio equipment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with CRMs and other communication tools is a plus.
