We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team full-time. Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound phone calls, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to excellent customer service. You will also contribute to outbound lead generation efforts, and as you grow in this role, you’ll take on additional responsibilities involving customer interactions, messaging, data entry, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and support
Assist with outbound lead generation efforts to drive business growth
Manage customer interactions through platforms such as RingCentral, ServiceFusion, Pipedrive, WhatsApp, and other tools
Perform data entry and maintain organized records for smooth operations
Prepare reports and document customer interactions as needed
Support ongoing customer communication through phone calls,
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, phone support, or lead generation is a plus
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Proficiency with communication and CRM tools such as RingCentral, ServiceFusion, Pipedrive, and WhatsApp (or willingness to learn)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing responsibilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
